From my observation, this company works with another company that does shady practices. What the agents tell you over the phone is no where in the contracts, and they don’t like having anything in writing. Richard attempted to get me to sign a contract to sell the house $200,000 below market value. Again this is my observation and formal complaints have been reported to the proper authorities for investigation into this matter. Edit: I finally sold my house so I now feel safe to update my review. Richard has left multiple phone calls and messages for me to delete my review. When that failed he came to my house and confronted my mother. This man has been constantly harassing me and my family because of a single review. It has also come to my attention he contacted my real estate agent and said something to him to sabotage the sale of the house. In my opinion this man lacks ethics and has been reported the California Department of Real Estate and the state attorney’s general’s office for unethical practices.
